Our Policy

 

Booking Policy: All bookings may be subject to a $75 deposit at the time of booking. Clients will be asked to fill out health, safety, & or liability waiver(s) prior to their appointment.

Cancellation Policy: Nonrefundable deposits. Rescheduling 24 hours before the appointment allows transferring the deposit. Canceling within 24 hours forfeits the deposit. A 10-minute grace period is given. Appointment canceled if more than 10 minutes late, losing the deposit.

Medical History Form and Medical Evaluation: Patients must fill out a medical history form before appointments. A medical professional will evaluate them at the start of each appointment. Clients should inform staff and avoid services if advised by a medical professional or if they have: cuts, sores, infections, illness, poor hygiene, or conditions that endanger health/safety. Clients must follow public health rules. Medical approval is needed for Wellness and Aesthetic services. It's up to clients to check with their doctor about any medical conditions that could be risky.

We reserve the right to deny entry or services to any client over concerns for health and/or safety risks.

Confidentiality: At AYB Wellness & Aesthetics, we follow privacy rules (HIPAA). Your treatment details are kept private at our clinic unless you say otherwise. Our providers might consult other medical experts if needed.
